About Bitti Gitti
Crafting sustainable wooden notebooks since 2013. Learn about our story, values, and the people behind our products.
Our Story
Bitti Gitti was born in 2013 in a small workshop in Istanbul, Turkey. Our founder, Erbil Sivaslıoğlu, combined his background in industrial design with his passion for traditional craftsmanship to create wooden notebooks that were both beautiful and sustainable.
What started as a small passion project quickly grew as people fell in love with our unique wooden notebooks. The name "Bitti Gitti" comes from Turkish and roughly translates to "it's done, it's gone" – reflecting our philosophy of mindful creation and letting go of perfectionism.
Today, we ship our handcrafted wooden notebooks worldwide while maintaining our commitment to sustainability, quality craftsmanship, and thoughtful design. Each notebook is still made by hand in our workshop in Istanbul, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.

Handcrafted Production
